Welcome to Troverve. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Troverve website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Troverve is a social commerce platform based in Kathmandu, Nepal, designed to connect buyers and sellers through video-first discovery and community interaction. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account in Nepal.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our safety guidelines.

3. Marketplace Rules

Troverve provides a venue for users to interact, but we do not pre-screen all content or take ownership of the items listed by third-party sellers.

• Video Authenticity: Sellers must provide original video content that accurately represents the condition and quality of the item being sold.
• Prohibited Items: Users may not list illegal goods, counterfeit items, or hazardous materials.
• Payments: All transactions must be completed through Troverve's secure escrow system to ensure protection for both buyers and sellers.
• Returns: Individual seller return policies apply, though Troverve provides mediation for disputes involving items not as described.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Troverve Inc. and its licensors.

By uploading video or photos to Troverve, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Nepal, Troverve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items.
