If an item is not as described or arrives damaged, you are protected by our Buyer Protection policy. Do not authorize the payment. Instead, report the issue through the app within 48 hours of delivery, and our support team will guide you through the return or refund process.

Troverve uses a comprehensive verification system. Look for the 'Verified' badge on seller profiles, check their rating history, and read reviews from other buyers. Our escrow system also ensures your money is safe until you confirm receipt of the item.

Listing an item is completely free. We only charge a flat 10% commission on the final sale price when your item sells. This covers our secure payment processing, platform maintenance, and 24/7 seller support.

When an item is purchased, the seller receives a pre-paid shipping label. Simply print it, pack the item securely, and drop it off at the designated carrier. Both the buyer and seller can track the package directly within the Troverve app.

Funds from your sales are released to your Troverve balance once the buyer receives and accepts the item. You can then withdraw these funds to your linked bank account. Standard withdrawals typically take 2–3 business days.

Buyers can request a cancellation before the item has been shipped. Once a seller has generated a shipping label, the order can no longer be cancelled through the standard interface. Sellers can cancel orders if an item is no longer available, but this may impact their seller rating.
