Documents required
- check_circleCitizenship card: Front and back photo of your Nepali citizenship card — our preferred document.
- check_circlePassport: Photo page of a valid Nepali or foreign passport.
- check_circleDriving licence: Accepted as secondary ID if combined with another document.
- check_circleSelfie: A clear selfie holding your ID next to your face. Sunglasses or hats are not allowed.
How to submit your verification
- •Go to Settings → Account → Verify Identity.
- •Select the document type you're submitting.
- •Upload clear, well-lit photos of both sides of your document.
- •Take the required selfie within the app — live selfies are preferred over uploads.
- •Submit the form. You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Verification timeline
Most verifications are reviewed within 2–6 hours. If additional information is needed, the support team will contact you via your registered email. During peak periods (month-end), reviews may take up to 24 hours.
