Troverve Secure Escrow holds your payment safely until you confirm your order arrived as described. You are never charged directly to the seller — funds go through Troverve first.
What is Troverve Secure Escrow?
Escrow is a financial arrangement where a neutral third party (Troverve) holds funds on behalf of two parties in a transaction. Your money is released to the seller only after you confirm you've received your item in the condition described.
How your payment flows
- •You swipe right and proceed to checkout.
- •You pay via eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer — funds go to Troverve's escrow account, not the seller.
- •The seller is notified to dispatch the item.
- •Your item is shipped and you receive a tracking number.
- •Once your item arrives, you have 48 hours to inspect it.
- •If satisfied, tap 'Confirm Receipt' — funds are released to the seller.
When are funds released automatically?
If you do not confirm or dispute your order within 48 hours of the courier marking it as delivered, Troverve automatically releases the funds to the seller. Always inspect your item promptly after delivery.
What if there's a problem?
If your item doesn't arrive or is significantly different from the listing, open a dispute before the 48-hour window closes. Troverve's support team will investigate and, if your claim is valid, issue a full or partial refund.
