You can track your order in real time from your Troverve account. Once the seller dispatches your item, a tracking number is added to your order automatically.
Finding your tracking number
- •Open the Troverve app and tap 'My Orders' from the bottom navigation.
- •Select the order you want to track.
- •Tap 'Track Shipment' — this opens the courier's tracking page with your tracking number pre-filled.
- •You can also copy the tracking number and enter it directly on the courier's website.
Understanding order status updates
- check_circlePayment Confirmed: Your payment is held in escrow and the seller has been notified to ship.
- check_circleDispatched: The seller has handed the package to the courier. Tracking is now active.
- check_circleIn Transit: Your package is on its way. Estimated delivery shown on tracking page.
- check_circleOut for Delivery: The package is with a local delivery agent and will arrive today.
- check_circleDelivered: The courier has marked the package as delivered. You have 48 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute.
What to do if your order is delayed
If your order hasn't moved in 3 or more business days, contact the courier using the tracking number. If the courier cannot locate the package, open a dispute from your order page and Troverve will investigate on your behalf.
