Tracking your order

You can track your order in real time from your Troverve account. Once the seller dispatches your item, a tracking number is added to your order automatically.

Finding your tracking number

  1. Open the Troverve app and tap 'My Orders' from the bottom navigation.
  2. Select the order you want to track.
  3. Tap 'Track Shipment' — this opens the courier's tracking page with your tracking number pre-filled.
  4. You can also copy the tracking number and enter it directly on the courier's website.

Understanding order status updates

  • check_circlePayment Confirmed: Your payment is held in escrow and the seller has been notified to ship.
  • check_circleDispatched: The seller has handed the package to the courier. Tracking is now active.
  • check_circleIn Transit: Your package is on its way. Estimated delivery shown on tracking page.
  • check_circleOut for Delivery: The package is with a local delivery agent and will arrive today.
  • check_circleDelivered: The courier has marked the package as delivered. You have 48 hours to confirm receipt or open a dispute.

What to do if your order is delayed

If your order hasn't moved in 3 or more business days, contact the courier using the tracking number. If the courier cannot locate the package, open a dispute from your order page and Troverve will investigate on your behalf.
