Requesting a refund

Refunds are processed automatically once a dispute is approved. The money is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund conditions

Troverve's 30-day Buyer Protection policy covers all purchases made through Secure Escrow. You are eligible for a refund if the item didn't arrive, was not as described, arrived damaged, or the seller cancelled the order.

How to request a refund

  1. Go to 'My Orders' and find the order you'd like to refund.
  2. Tap 'Open a Dispute' within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  3. Select the refund reason and upload any supporting evidence (photos, video).
  4. Submit — Troverve's team reviews within 24 hours.
  5. If approved, the refund is initiated automatically — no further action needed.

Where does my refund go?

  • check_circleeSewa payment: Refund returns to your eSewa wallet within 3–5 business days.
  • check_circleKhalti payment: Refund returns to your Khalti balance within 3–5 business days.
  • check_circleBank transfer: Refund returns to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days.
  • check_circleTroverve Wallet: If you paid from your wallet, the refund is instant.
