Refunds are processed automatically once a dispute is approved. The money is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund conditions
Troverve's 30-day Buyer Protection policy covers all purchases made through Secure Escrow. You are eligible for a refund if the item didn't arrive, was not as described, arrived damaged, or the seller cancelled the order.
How to request a refund
- •Go to 'My Orders' and find the order you'd like to refund.
- •Tap 'Open a Dispute' within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
- •Select the refund reason and upload any supporting evidence (photos, video).
- •Submit — Troverve's team reviews within 24 hours.
- •If approved, the refund is initiated automatically — no further action needed.
Where does my refund go?
- check_circleeSewa payment: Refund returns to your eSewa wallet within 3–5 business days.
- check_circleKhalti payment: Refund returns to your Khalti balance within 3–5 business days.
- check_circleBank transfer: Refund returns to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days.
- check_circleTroverve Wallet: If you paid from your wallet, the refund is instant.
