Tracking your refund status

Once a refund is approved, you can track its progress in real time from the Payments tab of your Troverve account.

How to check your refund status

  1. Go to the Payments tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Tap 'Refunds' to see all active and past refund requests.
  3. Select the refund you want to check — you'll see its current status and estimated completion date.
  4. You'll also receive push notifications and an email update when the status changes.

What each refund status means

  • check_circleUnder Review: Troverve is investigating your dispute. Expect a response within 24 hours.
  • check_circleApproved: Your refund has been approved and is being processed by our payments team.
  • check_circleRefund Initiated: The refund has been sent. Timeline depends on your payment method.
  • check_circleCompleted: The refund has reached your eSewa, Khalti, or bank account.
  • check_circleDeclined: Your dispute was reviewed and not approved. You can appeal by contacting support.
