Using Troverve shipping labels

Troverve prepaid shipping labels are automatically generated when your item sells. They cover delivery costs within Nepal and include tracking built in.

What are Troverve shipping labels?

When a buyer completes a purchase, Troverve generates a prepaid shipping label that covers the cost of delivery from your location to the buyer. The label includes the buyer's address, your return address, and a barcode linked to live tracking.

Generating and downloading your label

  1. Go to 'My Sales' in the Troverve seller dashboard.
  2. Find the order marked as 'Awaiting Shipment'.
  3. Tap 'View Shipping Label' — the label is generated as a PDF.
  4. Download and save the PDF to your phone or computer.
  5. If you don't have a printer, tap 'Show QR Code' and take it to a nearby print shop.

Printing and attaching the label

  • check_circlePaper size: Print on A4 paper. Do not scale or resize — the barcode must be printed at 100%.
  • check_circlePlacement: Stick the label flat on the largest face of the package, away from edges and seams.
  • check_circleProtect it: Cover with clear tape to prevent the barcode from smudging in transit.
  • check_circleDrop-off: Take the package to the designated courier drop-off point shown in your order details.
