Troverve prepaid shipping labels are automatically generated when your item sells. They cover delivery costs within Nepal and include tracking built in.
What are Troverve shipping labels?
When a buyer completes a purchase, Troverve generates a prepaid shipping label that covers the cost of delivery from your location to the buyer. The label includes the buyer's address, your return address, and a barcode linked to live tracking.
Generating and downloading your label
- •Go to 'My Sales' in the Troverve seller dashboard.
- •Find the order marked as 'Awaiting Shipment'.
- •Tap 'View Shipping Label' — the label is generated as a PDF.
- •Download and save the PDF to your phone or computer.
- •If you don't have a printer, tap 'Show QR Code' and take it to a nearby print shop.
Printing and attaching the label
- check_circlePaper size: Print on A4 paper. Do not scale or resize — the barcode must be printed at 100%.
- check_circlePlacement: Stick the label flat on the largest face of the package, away from edges and seams.
- check_circleProtect it: Cover with clear tape to prevent the barcode from smudging in transit.
- check_circleDrop-off: Take the package to the designated courier drop-off point shown in your order details.
